Introduction Imatib 400 Tablet belongs to the class of medications called tyrosine kinase inhibitors. It is used in the treatment of blood cancers (chronic myeloid leukemia and acute lymphoid leukemia) and gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Imatib 400 Tablet should be taken with food, but it is best taken at the same time each day to get the most benefit from it. You should keep taking it for as long as your doctor advises. The duration of treatment varies depending on your needs and your response to treatment. Taking it the wrong way or taking too much can cause very serious side effects.
